Legal & NOC Services:
📜 Panchayat NOC, Legal Work, 118 Permission, Commercial & Residential Clearance, Villa Clearance, Hotel & Resort Approvals.

Note: All services are subject to applicable laws and local regulations. We act as consultants and facilitators; final approvals are always subject to the concerned authorities.

3. Use of Services

Users must provide accurate information while engaging our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service in case of fraudulent or misleading information.

Property listings and consultancy advice are provided based on current market and legal information.

4. Property Transactions

All property sales, purchases, or rentals facilitated by us are subject to verification by the property owner and local authorities.

MS Property Consultant is not liable for disputes arising from direct transactions between buyers and sellers.

5. Payment & Fees

Consultancy fees, service charges, or NOC processing fees must be paid as agreed prior to service delivery.

All payments are non-refundable once the service process has begun, unless specified otherwise.

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws, municipal regulations, and legal approvals.

MS Property Consultant assists in documentation, approvals, and permissions, but does not assume legal liability for client actions.
